I was lucky enough to start yoga about 12 years ago with a great teacher in Wisconsin, but when I moved to Maine there are no gyms or classes nearby. I really enjoy practicing with DVD's from a variety of yoga teachers- once you have the basics you can do it on your own. Sometimes it just comes down to making the time to practice.
Good luck on your journey!

Mona, the name of this team says it all. We all love yoga. Some of us are certified instructors, some just beginning to practice. Some practice at home, some at studios. Some use DVD's, some use internet sites. Welcome.
