Hey Carol!!! Nice to know I'm in good company! Thanks for the offer - I may take you up on that! I've just started practicing at home. I've been using some on-line videos and some library CD's. Nothing quite replaces a class . . . but I find that I now NEED to practice most days.

This is the first exercise that I've ever done that hasn't resulted in injury. It is SO wonderful to have an activity that is safe for me. I'm uber careful, but am feeling more and more confident in doing some home routines.

So nice to meet you!

Ok, so this is deja vu! My name is Carol, I started my yoga practice in November.... five years ago. It was the first physical activity I ever enjoyed. I am still enjoying and I now have a home practice of about 45 minutes that I do 5-6 times a week. I know it keeps me sane and happy.
Keep in touch and feel free to ask any questions you have.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.
