It is easy to think that SP takes up a lot of time, and if we get busy, we spend less time here. We forget that SUPPORT is the biggest part of our SUCCESS. We leave, we watch what we eat less, we have little or no accountability, our exercise decreases, and the weight creeps on... it happens! We need to forgive ourselves and start fresh: daily if neccessary!
I think SP can be overwhelming if you try to do everything (I have been known to get obsessed with trying to get as many points as possible). We have to use SP the way that works best for us. I consider SP to be time FOR ME, so I have a goal to spend 15 minutes here daily. At least I enter food and fitness. If I earn the bonus spin, I let my son spin the bonus wheel, he loves that.
Mostly I love reading my friends comments and blogs, I love helping support someone else because it keeps me motivated to stay healthy.
