It is very possible to have a home practice. I started out with classes so that I know I have my form right and that I'm doing all the poses safely. I have expanded out to videos from home too.

Welcome to the team and to yoga. It will do all those things you hope as you develop a daily practice. I hope you can get to a place with a trained teacher for at least a few lessons.

Hello, I am interested in doing yoga. I am hoping it will help with digestive issues and dealing with stress. I haven't started a practice yet. I have a matt and bought a couple dvds. I live out in the country so there are no gyms or yoga studios around. So I will be doing yoga on my own. I am hoping to learn from this group.
