thank you all for your nice words, it is about 2 months passed and now I feel much more better, the sound of clicking is the same, or better say I can feel it inside my neck (under left ear), but I am getting use to it. I have a question, if some one like me had Mechanical Valve, which sound like crashing swords to each other, do he can pass control gates in airports? Dose it makes problem to passing through control gates? being scanned?

Thanks for giving me a search item for today. I didn't know what a Bentall procedure was and now I do. However, what is terrific is the long term prognosis... it sounds as if you have done yourself a great favor and you now have a theme song in your background. I will bet by this summer you won't even notice the song at all. Keep in touch with your doctor about what you can and can't do and take it one day at a time. I think instead of wondering when you will get back to normal life, you might think in terms of the wonderful life you are living now.
I had Bentall operation one month ago (25th Feb.), and now I have mechanical valve too which sing nice song for me day and night, it seems Doctor forget his watch inside my chest :). I wonder how long it takes back to my normal life?
