I like A.M.,P.M. Yoga with Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden. Also Rodney Yee has a dvd for Yoga for children, you can check the dvds in collagevideo.com, youtube or gaiam.com to have an idea of what you can expect in them. There are many good ones, also in Yoga Journal site, yoga journal.com, they had a 21-day challenge for beginners check it out different instructors, also for restorative Yoga I like Barbara Benagh dvd Yoga for stress relief. She has one named Yoga for beginners it is a set of 3 dvds, which includes the yoga for stress relief, she is very good, a lot of breathing techniques and nice modified poses to really relax the body. Check it out in amazon.com

Hello all. I'm new to the team and new to yoga. I would appreciate tips on good dvds to use for yoga. I'm in 2 classes right now, a basic yoga and a restorative yoga. I would love to get involved into yoga for toning and fitness as well.
