Bienvenue, Jessie. I love yoga too, for the same reasons... I feel great when I finish, but it does make me sweat so I feel I am getting great exercise. I love that you are looking for a healthy lifestyle. That means you are looking to learn to eat good foods in reasonable amounts and be physically active.
