Welcome. Here's the best answer I have.... it works for me. Go to the tab at the top of the page titled "Healthy Lifestyles," Click on SparkRecipes.com. Click on recipe calculator and follow the directions. Usually a food has a click down menu for varying measurements. Let me know if this works for you.

I am now a Sparkpeople member. I was on Weight Watchers and found myself more obsessed with eating than if I was not following anything. So my mom told me about Sparkpeople and here I am. I love to cook so making sauces and entrees from scratch is a must. With that said, how do I enter a recipe into the nutrition section? Weight Watchers had a section online where I could enter in all the ingredients and then the points value would appear for the recipe serving. Please help because it sucks entering everything in and trying to calulate how many cups of eggs I ate when the recipe is a serving for 6 and the recipe calls for 3 eggs.
