Good morning...I have been on spark logging my food for a couple of weeks and I am amazed how many calories I have included in my somewhat healthy diet by drinking non-dairy creamers in the 3 cups of coffee a day. I, also find myself making better decisions when keeping track of my daily calories...I want to say that I am not new to dieting, losing and gaining..I keep looking for the easy way out and still find my heart skip a beat when something new is recommended...Like recently Dr. Oz with the green bean coffee capsule...Then he said if you cannot afford the capsules, journal...so back to square one... I am unable to exercise at the moment. So, I am staying at the lower calorie end of the range spark has given me... I love this site and love the fact that with my Kindle, I can pretty much log in my food tracker several times a day.. Happy New Year and lets make this a wonderful start to 2013...
