inshallah with patient , tracking what you eat, exercising, drinking water and the important thing is al duaa , you will reach your goal be patient with yourself , you gain these pound during period of time

Great to have you as a member. I applaud your plan for the summer. Such awesome goals to work towards. May Allah, swt, help you with your focus and keep you motivated all summer long.
If you have any suggestions for our team that would help you achieve your goals, please let us know. Do you have an idea of what type of exercise program you will do? Avoid drastic changes as they are not long lasting, instead, isa, gradually introduce fitness routines and work towards a healthier diet. First and foremost though, ask Allah, swt for His help on your journey.
May Allah, swt, guide us all and give us the strength and commitment to live healthy, active lives, filled with happiness and worship of Allah.
Salaams, just found this group and I am excited about it. I am a 29 year old Muslimah trying to get healthy. I am currently in school and working as the same time. But I have recently taken a big decision to start working part-time instead for the next three months and use the rest of of my newly freed time to start exercising. InchaAllah, I will be starting next week as this week is my last full week working full time. It is my new commitment: I am just gonna take some time off and do it. A little bit a la Biggest Loser. So, i am looking forward to hear from you guys, share some stories and be accountable for letting myself go.
