Hi and welcome to the team!

Depression is anger without the motivation.
I think depression runs rampant in society today because we are all so obsessed with making a living instead of living our lives.
Live your dreams, it's not as hard as it may seem...On your hopes you must lean...From your fears you have to wean yourself.
I'm so happy I found a PCOS Weight Loss group on SparkPeople! (Not that i'm glad any of you ladies have PCOS, of course)....But I digress. I'm a 22 year old from Chicago, IL. I'm currently a college student studying Sports Marketing. (I'm a sports junkie!!) I currently work as the Office Manager at a Marketing/Design firm in the city.
I was diagnosed with PCOS in January, although looking back, it's obvious I've had it for years now. I've had symptoms since I was in high school.
I hate it so much, it's made me into what I am today. Regardless of working out and eating well, I struggled and struggled and GAINED weight.
I finally talked to my doctor about it, and he diagnosed me. However, I had some complications back in March that caused me to be bed ridden for like 2 weeks. The whole situation went on for like 2 months, it was so stressful. And now that my health (sort of) is back on track, I can begin my weight loss journey!
I wish the best of luck to all you ladies...I know it's tough losing weight with PCOS :(
