Hi Ariel, welcome to the team!
Has your doctor prescribed you metformin yet?
Best thing I've found to help aid weight loss with PCOS is to eat low glycemic index type foods...eat as if you were diabetic basically. Cutting the refined carbs and sugars helped me a lot.

Hello All! My name is Ariel and I also am having a hard time dealing with my new PCOS diagnosis. I have gained 20 lbs in about 6 months and had no idea what was going on. To add to the stress I am getting married next year and have been very unsuccessful in weight loss. I eat fairly well and have been exercising 3-4 times a week. For some reason I'm still gaining instead of losing! I'm really just needing some support and welcome any advice from those also dealing with this struggle. Thank you all in advance for the support!!!
