hello and welcome.
It's best to get comfortable with a few things at a time, like the nutrition tracker and your other trackers.
If you have not set up your spark page, I'd work on that also.

As for information, there is a ton of it. There are links at the top for the Healthy Lifestyle link, you can browse thousands of articles through there, you can search for topics as well.
