Hi there and welcome!
I think that in order to better help you, you would need to explain what you are eating (how much, how often, etc.) and also how much you are exercising. I have made the mistake in the past of exercising too much too quickly! Losing weight can be somewhat of a science, but it is so worth it!
Send me a message anytime! I love to help!

First of all Welcome!
I have said it many times and I will say it again! I LOVE THIS GROUP!
Anyways, HABROWN said the exact thing I would've. While exercise is important, for me its all about what I eat. I can tell if I ate badly because I feel like crap later. So definitely use the food tracker and if you need help with diet or anything feel free to friend me or message me or anyone else for that matter!
Good Luck! Don't get discouraged. I know its hard, but you can do it!
Welcome to the team. It is great to hear that you are exercising, but what is your eating like. What types of food and when are you eating them. I have to say for me what drops the pounds isn't the exercise, but the eating healthy and drinking tons of water. I hope that other give you some insight and the you are able to overcome this hurdle. Keep fighting it will come. Best wishes.

Hello Spark People,
My name is Vee I'm 19 years old and reside in Az. I am new to sp and have decided to try to get support online. This is totally new to me. I havealways been a bit on the heavy side I just never saw it a problem until about 2 years ago. I have always embraced me being a big girl. In fact it's kinda been family name 'Big Girl'.
Last year I slowly started exercising like 2 or 3 days a week. Then in feb 2012 I brought a treadmill I started working out 5 days a week for 30 minutes and got nothing! The following fmonth I went to a gynocologist because I have always had bad menestrul cycles. From there I was diagnosed with PCOS and that I insulin resistance! I don't know where to go from here I'm still working out and still nohing on the scale.
I would love for someone to give some advice I'm open to anything.
