Hey there everyone! I'm Melanie and new to SP! I've got a lot of dreams and goals that are tough to reach because of my weight...and nasty PCOS! With me turning 30 in August..I thought to myself..the time is NOW..I got to get healthy. I struggle with associating food with comfort..and am not active at all. So...what do I do?? I signed up to run a 5K in August. Yeah...a 3 MILE RUN...I am lucky to walk that at this point. But, I joined up with a personal trainer and got myself some good, healthy food! I just need some motivation from some girls who know what it is like! So..here I am! Hope to get to know some people and get healthy! emoticon
