Once you've been diagnosed PCOS it's a huge relief because at last you know that there is a reason why you have all these unpleasent symptoms, weight gain being one of the least worrying when you find out what else is going on. What medication have they put you on? look forward to seeing how you get on....I too am now losing weight for my health rather than only to be slimmer again. Can I add you as my friend? Together we can do this.

I joined SparkPeople back in July. Since I joined I have lost 22 pounds, but I still have a LONG way to go. I have joined SparkPeople in the past; however, I was never successful. Things are different now as I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic and I have PCOS. So losing weight is no longer an option, but rather a requirement in order for me to live a healthy life and to get pregnant. I am definitely looking forward to making new friends and losing more weight!! We can all do this!
