I know how stressful it can be to make this kind of change. I conmend you on making it work all day. Set backs will happen, but don't get discoraged. We all have them, but what is going to get us to our goals is that we are going to keep going.
I space my meals out with 3 meals and 2 snacks in between. I drink 100 oz or more of water a day. Apple juice is good, but water would be better. I have it in my head that drinking drinks that have sugar in them will make me want more, since typically sugar is addictive for me. If on an occasional day I feel hungry before bed I wil have a fruit or salad, just keep away from carbs at night.
I know that you will keep working towards your goal. This journey won't be easy, or quick, but it will be worth it. Best wishes.
