I have just found out I have PCOS, so I am working towards eating the right foods to manage rather than taking metaformin (sp?). I'm not obese, but I have a lot of the PCOS symptoms like acne, trouble losing weight (can we say 9 month plateau?), trouble sleeping, mood swings, etc. You guys know! I'm so grateful for Spark and these teams. It's nice to know I'm not alone. I also just ordered the Master Your Metabolism cookbook by Jillian Michaels. It's supposed to have a lot of good recipes for PCOS. :)
