welcome ALCHEM. PCOS definitely makes it harder to lose weight and even harder to keep it off. Before any treatment, which there really isnt many because its only recently been accepted by the medical community as an endocrine problem, have you been tested completely? theres an array of tests to take to see how bad it is and what exactly are your options.

Hi all, I finally decided to join a group for this condition. I was diagnosed as having PCOS when I was a teen and I think it's been one of the reasons for my struggles with weight. I'm currently not on any sort of treatment. Nice to meet everyone!

I don't want life to be roses without thorns. Just give me the darn thorns and let me live!
