It's great that you are ready to take that step to getting in shape! I commend you! I am not very familiar with how this Spark Community thing works- but am slowly figuring it out. I was diagnosed with PCOD in Dec. 2009. I have never been overweight- I got pregnant in 05/2010- and miscarried, and since then have gained... and gained... But starting last month I have been working hard to get the weight off. I am in the lower percentage of people too- not quite overweight, but am slowly approaching it. I have a really hard time working out, but I made someone I know work out with me- we now rum through the week- and I do a quick 10 minute workout in the mornings... It seems to help start the day. Its nice to meet ya! Glad your on here...

Well I'm new to this thing, but I need to lose weight. I have PCOD I was diagnosed last November, after a few doctors said there was nothing wrong with me, then she tested my ovaries, an said you have this, which I hate. I am one of the lower % women who get it, the ones who aren't over weight, but turn into overweight people., Yeah thats me. Accompaning PCOD I have subclavian steal syndrome, so for me working out is hard to do. Which is the total opposite of me. I use to play soccer, basketball, running, rollerbladding. So I'm on here to help lose weight, for someone reason I'm the only person I know has it.
