Hi I was diagnosed 3 days ago as having PCOS, to be honest am finding it all quite difficult to get my head round, Iam 32 and have symptoms for a long time, but didnt go to the see my dr about it until the menstrual problems became a big problem. I currently weigh 221 lbs and hope to lose quite alot but as with many PCOS sufferers I find I have to work harder than most just to lose each LB. I was wondering about the low GI diet and if it has helped other women with this condition. Please let me know your thoughts.
