Welcome to the team. My tips you probably already know, but here it goes anyway. Try to get cardio in, as many days as you can. I do 30 min, but that's what I like. Plus, I saw on a pcos website, to eat 3 vegs and 3 fruits a day. Good Luck!

Hey all, I'm Jamie and I'm new to the team. I'm 28 years old and I live in Minnesota. I was diagnosed with PCOS just over a year ago. I managed to lose 25 pounds just by going on Metformin and cutting down on my sugar intake. I fell off the wagon and put 10 of those pounds back on. Here's hoping I can get back on track and get healthy - I'm SO sick of being overweight and also having those other lovely side-effects that come along with PCOS. If anyone has any good tips or anything at all, PLEASE let me know!
