I understand how you feel. I too am afraid of failing. But then I think what is worse; Not trying at all and never loosing the weight and gaining more weight or at least giving it my best and see what happens.

Hello everyone. My name is Susan and I am new to this team but not PCOS. Mine was never diagnosed until I was in my thirties and trying to get pregnent. My doctor told me it would be difficult to lose weight because of the metabolic problems. In 2008 I balooned to 385 pounds!!! I was getting very hopeless unitl I found SPARKPEOPLE. In the 5 months before I joined the Sparkers, I lost 60+ pounds. I am really struggling right now to start losing again. I have lost and regained 11 pounds several times recently. I am afraid to try because I am afraid I will be this big for the rest of my life and I cannot do that. I can;t live with that thought!!
