Hey Allegra welcome to SP! I'll be 24 in March and I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 18. I've only been on Spark for a week now but I love it, it really helps. Good Luck!

Hey Allegra! I lived with PCOS for years without even knowing it. I was just diagnosed about 6 months ago when my mom finally convinced me it wasn't right for me to not have regular periods at my age. I'll be 23 in March. I'm glad you have made the decision to change your life. I made the decision to start loosing weight the beginning of the year and in my first week I lost 5 pounds! Good luck with your journey as well.!

My name is Allegra K. I am new to spark and wanted to introduce myself. I am 23 years old and was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 16.
