Welcome Allison! Yes, living with PCOS requires a lot of trial an error since no two people are alike when it comes to PCOS and weight loss. For me, I did not find medication very effective and actually made my symptoms worse. I have found by cutting down on simple carbs and doing moderate cardio has helped as does drinking lots of water. What have you found works for you thus far?

Having PCOS can make losing weight a real challenge, but I have found through consistency and dedication that it's not impossible. I was diagnosed with PCOS 5 years ago and have tried several treatments, but have found diet and exercise are the most effective ways of controlling it.
