Awesome, welcome to the team! :) I'm the same way - super fit in high school, but I got crushed by the freshman 15. My mom always kept healthy food in the house, but suddenly there's all this junk that's just, like, THERE. But warm weather means I can get my bike out again, so hopefully we can both start losing the extra pounds together! :)

I'm not new to working out and trying to live the fit life, but I AM new to SparkPeople! In high school, I was a fitness monsta, but since coming to college, weekend outings and quick, easy food over healthy food has lead to some intense weight gain. As a psychology major, I want to help others achieve their goals, but know that I'm going to need some help as well :) Here's to getting fit bodies by happiness without crash diets and the unhealthy kind of workout binges. I'll drink a H2O 8oz to that!
