I am in culinary school as well. During my first semester, I didn't do anything to keep me healthy, but during my second semester, I was taking a class where we kept track of everything we ate. I was also taking a gen-ed health course at the time. It got me kick-started into living a healthier lifestyle. Now, whenever I have to taste things at school, I try to limit it to one bite per dish. I also go running 3 times a week. I can be your culinary support buddy. Grace
"I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." - Philippians 4:13 "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Heya! I won't go deeply into details, but I'm a culinary graduate from the local academy of culinary arts. And while I LOVE my field choice, I'm obviously going to struggle with it, loving food as much as I do. I have a feeling I'm going to need friends and support to get me through this step of my life.
