I am in culinary school as well. During my first semester, I didn't do anything to keep me healthy, but during my second semester, I was taking a class where we kept track of everything we ate. I was also taking a gen-ed health course at the time. It got me kick-started into living a healthier lifestyle. Now, whenever I have to taste things at school, I try to limit it to one bite per dish. I also go running 3 times a week.
I can be your culinary support buddy.

Heya! I won't go deeply into details, but I'm a culinary graduate from the local academy of culinary arts. And while I LOVE my field choice, I'm obviously going to struggle with it, loving food as much as I do. I have a feeling I'm going to need friends and support to get me through this step of my life.

Anyone up for the task??

Sincerely,
Catharine
