I am in culinary school as well. During my first semester, I didn't do anything to keep me healthy, but during my second semester, I was taking a class where we kept track of everything we ate. I was also taking a gen-ed health course at the time. It got me kick-started into living a healthier lifestyle. Now, whenever I have to taste things at school, I try to limit it to one bite per dish. I also go running 3 times a week.
