Hi there! I'm new to the team but not to Spark People. I love to cook from scratch. I'm especially fond of making my own whole wheat bread & pizza crusts. As I've tried to make our family meals healthier, processed and pre-packaged foods have become less and less appealing. There are still a few shortcuts I use to save time on busy days, but I'm hoping even to weed those things out as much as possible. I love knowing exactly what has gone into each bite of our food.
