Hi Everyone! I am really new to Sp, have not even been on for a week. I am a consumate scratch cook (except for baking bread, it's too hot here in Houston but if I ever move back to Seattle....) I make my own salad dressings, mustards, vinegars, mayo, sauces of all kinds. I love experimenting and cooking with fresh foods. I love all cuisines, but probably specialize in mostly mediterranean (Spanish, Italian, Greek, Moroccan). Would love to hear any tips or new recipes or be of help if I can. Cheers!
