Hi, I am from Australia and have only ever cooked from scratch.
It is much more common over here I think.
I have one son with lots of food intolerances so have had to be very careful for the last couple of years.
At the moment I bake our bread, make noodles and all our own stocks for soups etc.
I love baking , so I make things for the kid's to have as morning tea.
Soup is my favourite everday thing to make and with winter aproaching we will have it most days for lunch.
I live in a semi-rural area outside of Melbourne and have two acres of land.
