Yes, welcome! Sorry about not welcoming you sooner-it's been a crazy week! I've got sick kids again, and a sick hubby, Thursday I had parent-teacher conferences, and my youngest two boys decided to wrestle around in the living room-and ended up with my 7yo actually putting TEETH marks in the wood furnature!!! Fortunately, he didn't loose any, or do any permanant damage (to himself), but could not eat anything that needed chewing for a few days! Also, we had family in from out of town. My life is always a little nuts, but it's been a full week. But we are very glad you joined!!! I agree that cooking your own food is the best way to go!
Welcome to the team! I understand about wanting to be involved in a smaller team.
"Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ESV
"In our lives, we have two or three opportunities to be a hero, but almost every day, we have the opportunity not to be a coward." -Spanish Proverb

Hi, I posted here the first time about a week ago. But I was busy at work and never got back. I wanted to find a small group to post at. So many groups are so large that you cannot keep up with the train of thought. I lost 85 pounds over two years. I am trying to stay on goal and maybe lose a few more pounds. I hate premade food from the grocery store it always has way to much sodium. My husband is retired and we eat out a couple of times a week. I love going to Applebee's so I can eat the Weight Watches items. I think that cooking your own food is the best way to stay on target because you know what is in the food. I love to cook.
Yesterday is over, Tomorrow is not here, all you can change is today.
