Hi & Welcome..
As to tasting metal, no one has ever mentioned it on the plan..Good luck
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about LEARNING TO DANCE IN THE RAIN!
Trust in God when the going gets rough! Keep Him with you all through out the day...Think of Him often, He has every hair on your head counted and He's always "On call"....
Yesterday is history,
Tomorrow is mystery,
Today is a GIFT
This is my team:
I've just started the alternate day diet (last Tuesday was my first fast) and it's going well for me. I'm pretty disciplined and am confident that this is the way forward for the rest of my life.
My question is to do with a metal taste in my mouth. It started on Wednesday and is still here. Any clues what it is? Anyone experienced it at any stage?
I'm not concerned, just curious...
