It's fine to do two down days in a row. Welcome..

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about LEARNING TO DANCE IN THE RAIN!

Trust in God when the going gets rough! Keep Him with you all through out the day...Think of Him often, He has every hair on your head counted and He's always "On call"....

Yesterday is history,
Tomorrow is mystery,
Today is a GIFT

Just started last week. I've been looking through the message boards and it's been very helpful. I'm putting myself on a M W F schedule of down days. Started last week on Tuesday with a down day. Is it ok to do 2 down days in a row sometimes? I know that next Friday I'm going to a friend's house for dinner so I was going to try to do 2 down days in a row earlier in the week. Emphasis on try...haha...don't know if I can do 2 in a row!
It's difficult sometimes because a social get together always seems to be coming up. No one pays attention if you stuff your face but if you don't eat much everyone is in your business ;).
