Thank you for the warm welcome, Ladies!!!
Welcome to the group. I am 40 soon to be 41 and started JUDDD back on march 26th of this year. I started at 268.5 pounds and am also 5 foot 4 inches. I am already down to 210.5 pounds and it will be 4 months tomorrow. I always post my calories and exercise for the day unless I am away on vacation.
I look forward to your posts and will be here to help any way that I can. Post frequently because I think it helps and be accountable. This can't work if you aren't honest with yourself. Think positive and use visualization to help you reach your goals.
Welcome to the group Charl,
This plan works.....I am on currently a plan one of the members here devised...
Just having a rough day today because I got too much sun this morning.....
Glad you joined us,

Thank you for the welcome! I hope I can lose weight with JUDDD despite the Celexa because right now, I need to keep taking it. *crosses fingers*
Celexa made me gain 30 lbs when I first retired so I thought it was because I retired but after that I looked it up and it causes weight gain..

Trust in God when the going gets rough! Keep Him with you all through out the day...Think of Him often, He has every hair on your head counted and He's always "On call"....

This is my team:
I'm 42 and weigh about 218 pounds. This is too much for my 5'4" frame, of course. I have been struggling with weight forever, but things got worse after kids and after I started taking Celexa (which is otherwise great for me). I started the diet yesterday and I already need advice, so I started a thread in the general forum, too. I hope that's okay. :)
