You are with a caring group of people here we are glad you joined us.
If you need encouragement please just ask we have plenty to share.
That was me failing at working the silly thing out :') I've sorted it now. Didn't realise that it was reading in kg instead of lbs.
Welcome to the team!
Why does your weight tracker say you weigh more than 150? Just wondering.
Keep posting it helps you concentrate on your goal and may motivate someone that's having a hard time..
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about LEARNING TO DANCE IN THE RAIN!
Trust in God when the going gets rough! Keep Him with you all through out the day...Think of Him often, He has every hair on your head counted and He's always "On call"....

This is my team:
Hello everybody! My name is Gaia, I'm 18 years old and from the UK.
I've struggled with my weight most of my life, ranging from severe binge eating that caused me to reach 180lbs at 5'2" when I was 14, to struggles with eating disorders that caused me to drop to 108lbs at 5'3.5" by 16.
I started this diet 2 weeks ago, weighing roughly 150lbs. I don't have any scales at home so I have no idea how much I've lost, but I can definitely tell there's been some progress by how loose my clothes are becoming, which is really exciting.
I'm really looking forward to continuing on this diet, as I feel it really suited to me. It allows me to eat what I want without feeling guilty, a guilt that in my younger years led to prolonged starvation followed by binging, and then repeating the cycle all over again. This diet has taken away the temptation to binge, and also the temptation to starve for long periods of time, meaning for the first time in my life I am losing weight at a healthy pace and in a healthy way. I've also found this diet is bloody fantastic when fitting in with a teenage lifestyle! I can go out and drink with my friends without worrying too much about the calories in alcohol, as long as I make sure the days I drink are up days!
I'm really excited to see where this program is going to take me, and looking forward to reaching a healthy weight and maintaining it in a healthy way.
I'm hoping to be around 120lbs by Summer, which is 30lbs to lose from my start weight, although I'm pretty sure I weigh less than that now :')
