I am back in the saddle again...
The think that works best for me (usually) is to fast until dinner on my DD - it keeps me honest...

PS To my old SP friends - It's been a very rough journey... My beloved, healthy, athletic, tall, dark and handsome husband died in August 2012 from a very aggressive cancer... In the many months caring for him I was stressed and didn't "care" anymore, and put back on 30 pounds I had just finished losing... And then I gained even more...

Hi All, I am really glad to find you all. I've been working with JUDDD for a couple of months, it was harder earlier in the summer with my children home (suggestions are welcome!). I look forward to suggestions for folks, and for myself I'm looking at this as a lifestyle change, and being able to eat some of my favorites too. Also, I find with less food I am absolutely more conscious of how much food I actually eat; and what is actually necessary (they are two different things in my mind). I"m hoping that makes some sense
