The book by Dr. Johnson is well worth the modest price. Meal replacements are definitely a good option.
I had success fasting until dinner on DD's - but on vacation I finally gave up on that! My plan became modified and I some used meal replacement on my DD or UD's - I just needed to flow with it...
I lost 2.4 on vacation so it worked...but now I am back on my MWF plan for DD's and i am fasting until dinner tonight. I need to get back in the saddle...
PS To my old SP friends - It's been a very rough year... My beloved, healthy, athletic, tall, dark and handsome husband died in August 2012 from a very aggressive cancer... In the many months caring for him I was stressed and didn't "care" anymore, and put back on 30 pounds I had just finished losing...
