I'll be back to alternating pretty soon, after 6 or so months of depression / lack of motivation, really just not caring at all about what I ate.
I'm currently on Day three of Crack the Fat Loss Code, which is basically a week of mid-days focusing on keeping things low-carb with a limited list of allowed (healthy) foods. It's not a plan I can do long term (although at one point I did do it for 16 weeks - the rest of the weeks aren't as restrictive as the first), but I felt like I needed something really structured before restarting JUDDD. Because I've been eating mostly junk for 6 months, I figure the frequent meals on this plan are a good idea, to sort of gain back my body's trust that nutritious food will be available (aka we're not starving), before jumping into JUDDD and having the down days seem too much of a shock.
So far so good, it feels great to be eating properly again. I'll be glad to be back on JUDDD; that plan really fits in with my lifestyle, and helps so much with alleviating asthma symptoms too.
