Hope y'all remember me..I was very active over the summer..Once school started I didn't get on the site as much & gained weight!!
Well, I have been under a lot of stress. My boyfriend that Ive been with for 4 years decided to end our relationship 3 days ago. In the matter of those 3 day, I have lost almost 10 pounds. So I have really been eating low cal but not alternating..I've been doing this for 3 days in a row. I lost my appetite and thirst for anything... I know I may sound dramatic but people that know me know that it is going to be hard to move past this.
Three days ago, he didnt want to hear from me at all by email,phone & he deleted me from his facebook account. but now he is almost back to his old way. Infact he asked me to talk to him on the weekends since we both love footbal.. so we can still talk football. We have friends in common so I know we will cross our paths and when we do I want to be soooo HOT... again my hopes are not getting up but I really hope he & I can work things out.
But I need advice on how to get my appetite back..as of right now I just eat 1 yoplait cup for the day & I am satisfied. Yesterday I had yogurt and a bbq sandwich but still I know my cals were under 1200. 1 day my cal was 100, 2nd day my cals were probably 1000, and yesterday my cals were around 600.
