I would chiefly eat fresh meat, fresh low glycemic veggies, fresh low glycemic fruits, seeds and nuts, healthy fats, and some legumes and dairy if your plan allows. I would try to get away from a lot of processed foods and add in an hour of exercise a day.

Hi, my name is Beverly and I joined your team today...I do practice a low carb eating plan...I am also eating "No Sugar, White Flour, or processed foods". I have had much success with this...being diabetic this eating plan has worked the best for me...I can share with anyone about my plan or experiences...have lost 60+ pounds by just cutting out the sugar and white flour... Happy to be here!
