My name is Bobbi and I am a 26 year old with PCOS, which is why I'm trying to eat low carb. I have been trying to eat low carb for almost two years. I have wonderful success in the beginning, lose several pounds, and then the cravings hit. I can get by without pasta and bread, but it's really the sweets and fruit that I miss so much.
With the start of the new year and a visit to my doctor, I have vowed to myself to get back on track. I have gained about 60 pounds since high school that I'd like to take off. I am not following a specific diet, just trying to get between 15 and 20 carbs per day. I look forward to getting to know all of you and helping each other!
