Welcome to the team!! We have members on all kinds of plans so the amount of carbs we consume varies. Most of us mainly concentrate on healthy carbs as well and some have treats on special occasions. You fit right in!

Just wanted to say "huzzah" and looking forward to getting to know this team. I am not a totally low carb eater but I like a high protein diet and find that by default I eat fewer carbs and feel better. When I feel carbs are warranted in how I feel, I eat them but I do seek to eat the heaithier ones, although to be honest, I am still tempted by cake and the like and sometimes give in.
