Hi everyone! I'm a 26 year old, married, low carb eater from VA. I've been fighting weight loss with PCOS for a few years. My highest weight of 180 has been down at least 30lbs for the past 4 years. I'm stuck around the 150s now. Last spring I lost an extra 20lbs, but those seem to have found me again. Now I'm back to eating low carb, lots of fruits, veggies, and protein. I've recently given up caffeine and only have a diet caffeine free coke, every once in a while. I don't eat the Atkins way completely.
My friend and I have started a verison of C25K this week. I think we've done pretty well!
Today I'm going to lunch with my dad at a chinese/hibachi buffet. This is my first real test since I've been back to eating healthier. My plan is to eat off the hibachi buffet. Getting them to make me a plate with only meat and veggies. Hopefully I can stay away from the fried rice!!!
