by mistake. I was making some changes a few weeks back and well, Here I am again. And this time I am doing a month on Induction. We leave the Carolina mtns for a trip to the Hills of Austin, TX in one month. We do this Q year so that the hubby can ride 180 miles in the BP150 MS Houston to Austin bicycle ride (for multiple sclerosis), plus we get to go down to San Marcos and visit his dad & 2nd mom.
... I will be starting on Phase One (Atkins plan) in the morning after waking up.
my start weight is what I weigh tonight: this very second - 184 pounds.

... I will measure my two-thousand body parts tomorrow, so that, in the rare case I don't drop pounds as much as inches, I will be able to appreciate the effort on paper!
The hardest thing for me to give up will be Bread. I usually eat eggs & toast or have a sandwich throughout the day. So, any sort of Bread substitute info will be GreatLY Appreciated!
