I'm new to the site.
Back on track after letting 35+ pounds creep back on me (having lost 76 pounds in 2006 *sigh* )
I am not doing Atkins, but am restricting my carbs...starting this month at 100g or less per day, and working my way back down to 50g per day by March/April.
I love to cook, and bake, and am always experimenting with low/reduced carb recipes.
Looking forward to "meeting" y'all.
