I'm in the same boat. I'm at around 185 and want to get to 150, even 160 would be exciting!

I go down to 181 then back up, it's totally my fault for making bad choices.

I've been lowcarbing off and on for many years - got carried away with eating like a "normal" person and normalled myself to 189 pounds - I'm now back and forth at 180- 181 because I just lose myself in bad choices every couple of weeks - want to get back to 140 pounds and stay there. I always feel so much better on low carb - need attitude adjustment!!!
