Hi Everyone. My name is Cathy, and I've been doing SP for 8 weeks. After two weeks, I changed my way of eating to a low carb, low GI plan. I've lost 15 lbs and I'm feeling so much better. My sugars have normalized, I no longer have cravings for the bad stuff, and I'm rarely hungry. My endocrinologist approves of my change, and he is in total disagreement with the ADA about a high carb diet for diabetics. Bring on the meat!
