Hi, my name's Kathi and I joined this team a few days ago. I'm looking for new ways to solve old problems and after checking out two books from the library, The Insulin-Resistance Diet and Jillian Michaels' Master Your Metabolism, I decided to look into reducing and rearranging my carb intake. It's been about 3 weeks now since I started this; so far, so good!!
