Welcome to the team. I used to hate exercise too until I realized that it doesn't have to be something you hate but can be something you enjoy. I like walking, yoga, qigong, swimming, dancing, and that's what I do.

Hi all! Just found out I'm pre-diabetic, so I'm researching the internet and found a shopping GI food list. Then I came back to SP and found you guys. I'm doing alot right, but I found some of my effort needs to go further with the food list. AND I really do have to make exercise my friend. I have to change my mindset on this, and it won't be easy. I've never liked exercise, so change will have a few bumps in the road, I'm sure. Here's to change and losing 50 lbs in a year or sooner! emoticon
