I'm new to clean living and smarter carbs. One month in and I'm feeling fab, but I still have a lot to learn. I'm so glad this group exists. I am looking forward to reading about your experiences and your tips and advice. Especially your success stories which are so inspiring. My own progress has thus far been great. I feel good, look much better than I have in years and I have much more energy. Long gone is the bloated, tired, grumpiness of the past.
I'm not sticking strictly to a specific diet, but I have read South Beach, Carol Vorderman Detox, Primal Blueprint, and Atkins and am trying to take the best from all of them. I've not had white bread, rice or any processed food in a month and while I thought it was going to kill me, I'm discovering I don't really need them after all. I just hope I can keep it up.
